I buy this same tent every year, the ONLY one that looks great and has lots of room. The only problem is that it is NOT waterproof, and the D-ring material rots fast,but I do keep it up an entire summer in wind and rain, on a platform I built. Don't know what I'd do if this style was discontinued - probably make exact tent from marine fabric!Hate the ones that look like camping gear.

Great deal for the $ May 10, 2010

I bought this product fully expecteding a disappointment. I have had several similar products, much smaller, much fancier, that were difficult to put together and flimsy- one knock and the whole side would fall over- I was so pleasantly surprised when I set this big girl up- Yes, this is a simple product but it was very QUICK set up. The Side poles are larger than other models I have had the upper perimeter poles do seems small and sag a bit so I put white duck tape around every pole joint- lashed it to my deck and it survived 40 mile an hour wind gusts we had in our area last weekend- this without the feet being bolted down!
I was able to fit a picnic table, large table and lounge chair in this 12 X 15 "extra room." It is not waterproof but could be made so with some after market products and some extra time. That being said- it was fairly water resistant with most of the wetness coming from the seams- the roof is sloped enough the water comes right off and the screen is so high the water can splash into the edges.
So for less than $200- I expanded my outdoor, mosquito free living space considerably and I love my little redneck yaught club screen house!

I love the size of this room but am very disappointed that it leaks with the slightest bit of moisture. I understand it is not waterproof, but it is supposed be water resistant. The seams leak and it seeps through the thin fabric cover. If they made it a litte more water resistant it would be a five star all the way.

We love our screenhouse. The roof is well supported. We have been through a few severe thunderstorms with high winds and it still looks brand new. It is roomy and well designed.

We bought this tent a month ago to put in the back yard for the summer to get away from the bugs. We reinforced all the joints with white duct tape & tied it down really well. So far so good! We've had a few storms with pretty good wind gusts & the tent has held up well. We are really enjoying it! For the price, it's a really good buy.
