Item is as described. The material seems heavy enough to last and is water repellant but moisture may seep through if it is left to form a puddle for a while. It is hard to tell because our set has high back chairs and rain water pools in the middle of the table and the umbrella cover is long enough that it sits in puddle. Zipper is nylon and seems a little light weight but should hold up under reasonable use. You have to look carefully for the opening for inserting the steel support rod. Steel rod and zipper make easy to remove / replace. We also purchased a matching table cover and are pleased so far Patio Set Covers. Fit 54"-60" Patio Table and Chair Set, Size: 104"dia.x31"H. Vendor shipped and item was received in a reasonable amount of time.

Perfect, just what I wanted. I had gone to my Patio Furniture place here in my neighborhood, and the owner did not have time for me. All I wanted was information, did she carry covers or not? After 5 minutes, I left and ordered the covers from Amazon. They are a far better price and quality then I would have purchased!

I bought this to cover our 11' Grand Pacific market umbrella.
It fits great and is Well Made! so glad I got this one!

I'm only giving it a 4 because I just put it on the umbrella today and don't know its durability yet.
I'm sure it will last a few years outside,at the least...
So I'll give it a 4.75

The material is better than the material the umbrella is made from. I live in the desert where the sun is treacherous. It made it through the summer and held up great.

Cover arrived super quickly. It is heavy quality material with a nice zipper. The little extension rod helped me get it on my umbrella. I would buy it again.
